Ofsted Approved Quality Childminder - Based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire
I am an Ofsted registered childminder and a member of the National Childminders Association (NCMA). I enjoy the daily interaction with children of all ages.
It is nowmandatory for all schools and early years providers in Ofsted’s registered settings attended by young children – that is children from birth to the end of the academic year in which a child has their fifth birthday to comply to these requirements within the EYFS framework.
Care is now available and from now on we will be doing at least twice weekly outings. Term time contracts and school holiday contracts only are presently available.
I am now registered for 12 under 8's of which 2 can be under 1. The new purpose built playroom is now passed off and fully operational and I now run a 5-8's room and an 8's and over chill out zone.
I am working with a fantastic team; George (assistant) Mel (assistant and trainee childminder), Paul (husband, cook, washer upper, assistant, will not do nappies!!), Jess (eldest daughter, student, part time assistant) and Sophie (still at school, but fab at helping out in the playroom, can play PS2 and WII). Oh and Mel's hubby pops in occasionally (former children’s holiday rep, top child tormentor, gets us fab craft stuff), So you can see it doesn't get boring here!!!!!
We are a no smoking household. I am also fully covered by public liability insurance.
