I always encourage children to learn about personal hygiene through a daily routine starting from washing hands to brushing teeth etc.
We are also a non smoking household.
If your child becomes poorly, I will administer medication or treatment to him/her only if it has been discussed with the parents and prior written consent has been given. This is in case your child has any allergies that I am not aware of. In any case I will always contact the parent/carer.

Any accidents or treatments given will be recorded in a book with parents signatures acknowledging the entry.
I have a current first aid certificate, hard wired smoke alarms fitted on all floors, a fire blanket and a fire extinguisher.
We have a small family dog, Robbie (cocker spaniel cross) and a cat (Kizzy). Both are fully wormed, fleaed and vaccinated.
